Puyang Binder Chemical hereby officially announces the termination of the distribution agreement with TeckRez in North America, effective as of 

August 20, 2024. All parties to the agreement have been notified.

Cessation of Rights: Teckrez's authorized distribution by Puyang Binder Chemical in North America has been terminated. Termination includes, but not limited 

to sales, distribution, or promotional activities covered by the original distribution agreement. Transition agreement has been agreed by all interested parties.
